Strategic Data Leader for Healthcare InnovationOur organization is seeking an accomplished Strategic Data Leader to spearhead the development and growth of our healthcare data services.This position demands a strong background in healthcare technology, experience in building data practices from the ground up, and a proven track record in revenue expansion.Bolster and scale data practice including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growth.Achieve annual revenue contribution targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.Establish robust data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities:• Data Strategy & Analytics: Develop and implement data strategy aligned with healthcare client business objectives and lead execution of analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms.• Team Leadership: Build and mentor teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, collaborate with client executives and cross-functional stakeholders, and foster innovation and technical excellence across all data initiatives.• Required Qualifications:Practice Building Experience: 10+ years in data leadership roles with a proven track record building data practices and growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clients.Healthcare Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payer and provider operations and workflows, experience with healthcare analytics use cases, and knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.Technical Skills: Expertise in database design, data modeling, and warehousing, strong SQL, Python/R programming skills, and proficiency with BI tools and cloud platforms.
