Updating HSM libraries, verify Vault-HSM Connectivity.• Providing incident response services during service interruptions, Cyberattack, Application integration issues.• Managing Vault clusters for high availability.• Developing disaster recovery plans.• Monitor & manage Vault logs• Ensuring compliance with industry standards.• Implementing detailed audit logging.• Regularly reviewing and updating policies.• Providing 24/7 support.• Offering user training and documentation.• Ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to the internal team
