JD:

Deployment and configuration of Hashicorp Vault.

• TLS certificate installation and renewal.

• Integration with existing systems and applications (eg. Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS Secret Manager)

• Perform day to day operations tasks such as Enrolling new applications & users, key & secret management operations eg. creating/updating keys/secrets.

• Administer Vault Entities and track license consumption.

• Maintain Software Currency (at-least N-2)

• Health checks and Application performance tuning.

• Vault Snapshots and restore management.

• Onboard Applications to Vault using vault authentication methods.

• Managing Vault access control policies of users and applications.

• Manage & Rotate Vault Unsealing keys and Root token.

• Manage Vault HSM integration Eg. Updating HSM libraries, verify Vault-HSM Connectivity.

• Providing incident response services during service interruptions, Cyberattack, Application integration issues.

• Managing Vault clusters for high availability.

• Developing disaster recovery plans.

• Monitor & manage Vault logs

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Implementing detailed audit logging.

• Regularly reviewing and updating policies.

• Providing 24/7 support.

• Offering user training and documentation.

• Ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to the internal team
