Project Manager RoleThe project manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of projects across various technical and operational initiatives.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and maintain project plans that provide visibility and alignment.Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure progress and accountability.Monitor and control project schedules, resources, and risks.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Create and present executive-level reports on project status and progress.Drive continuous improvement through process refinement and best practice adoption.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field.8+ years of project management experience in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify risks early.Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.Professional certifications are a plus.Benefits:The successful candidate will be able to work remotely during US hours and will have access to project management tools and frameworks.
