Job Title: Business Central Support ExpertAre you looking for a challenging role that involves working with Microsoft D365 Business Central?We are seeking an experienced Business Central Support Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.As a Business Central Support Expert, you will mentor and train other support specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.You will provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Business Central (on-premise and cloud) users, diagnosing and resolving system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.You will manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.You will document support cases, resolutions, and user guides to maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency.You will assist with system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments to ensure seamless transitions.You will collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance, identifying recurring issues and suggesting long-term solutions or process improvements.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials, supply chain, and manufacturing.Proficiency in several ISV products, including PowerBI and PowerAutomate.Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.Ability to be client-facing and provide support tasks as needed and required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smart-Sheets.About Us:We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and support.
