Job OverviewA strategic partner to business units, driving key HR processes such as role clarity, performance management, and compliance.Develop and maintain job descriptions across all roles.Partner with department heads to validate responsibilities and organizational objectives.Update organizational charts to reflect accurate reporting structures & Headcount.Share updated structures with business leaders for workforce visibility.Support annual manpower budgets and collaborate with Finance and business heads to validate headcount forecasts and cost implications.Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for recruitment updates to stakeholders.Collaborate with the TA team to ensure timely hiring requirements are fulfilled.Assist business units in defining and reviewing manpower needs.Facilitate the annual goal-setting process across departments.Coordinate mid-year and annual performance review cycles.Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational HR compliance.Stay up-to-date with labor law amendments, regulatory changes, and audit requirements.Prepare and submit timely statutory reports.Develop and maintain HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, hiring, leave, etc.).Provide analytics and insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
