About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle EPM Strategy & Advisory Consultant with extensive experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle EPM (PBCS / EPBCS) to drive finance transformation initiatives and advise senior stakeholders.As a key member of our team, you will partner with business and finance leaders to design and optimize financial planning and performance management frameworks that deliver tangible outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and transformation programs, ensuring successful project delivery.Collaborate with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Planning Heads to design and optimize FP&A and performance management frameworks.Drive excellence in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, aligning with corporate goals.Translate complex business needs into high-impact EPM solutions that meet business objectives.Provide leadership during UAT, go-live, and change management phases, ensuring seamless implementation.Maintain governance, compliance, and alignment with accounting and regulatory standards.Desired ProfileTotal 8+ years and Min. 6+ years of relevant functional experience in Oracle EPM / PBCS / EPBCS.Strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles, with a proven track record of success.Experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Exposure to Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) is an asset.Able to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environment, with strong stakeholder management skills.
