Oracle GSC is hiring for EPM Project Manager Job location - Bangalore Overview Oracle Global Service Center (GSC) is a unit within oracle that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services. It is an offshore Hub that will cater to the needs of all Service entities across Oracle globally. GSC team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio in both the fixed price and T&M basis. GSC services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes. GSC covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers. Description What You’ll Do Whether you’re onsite or sharing your expertise via the cloud, you’ll deliver top-class support and inspire customer loyalty. As an EPM Project Manager, you will: - Plan and implement projects - Create & manage project plans - Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress - Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives - Deliver and implement EPM cloud solutions - Help project team with the design and development tasks - Lead process of issue identification and resolution - Manage risk tracking process - Monitor and manage scope - Manage all documentation - Work multiple projects simultaneously - Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing Cloud Application projects and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include: Delivery Ownership End to End , project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestone. As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack. We also look for: - 12-25 years of experience in total - Minimum 5+ years in overall project management - At least 4+ years in ERPM (ERP+EPM) project management (preferred) or related technologies (Anaplan, etc) - At least 2 Cloud EPM implementation projects or 2 on prem Hyperion projects experience - Solid in project management concepts, tools and principles - PMP certified, Agile certified or related certification
