Software Quality Assurance ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. As a Software Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and driving projects to success.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop high-level design and low-level design, implementation, and post-sales support strategies to ensure project success.Compliance Management: Ensure compliance in both in-house and third-party products, FAT, OSAT, etc., by implementing effective quality control processes.Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed on project timeframes and progress through regular updates and meetings.Interface with Management: Report on project and program milestones and present project needs and technical knowledge to management.Multitasking: Work simultaneously on different projects with varying degrees of complexity and achieve agreed-upon project targets.Project Management Aspects: Take responsibility for the project management aspects of projects from requirements gathering to working with Project Management on compliance expectations.Process Improvement: Recommend and oversee process improvements and stay abreast with best practices and trends.Product Expertise: Become a product expert, building an in-depth knowledge of the product, competitive positioning, and industry trends.Customer Service: Deliver superior service that drives end-to-end customer engagement, including customer expectations, delivery team success, reporting, and invoicing.Business Objectives: Possess a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.SLA Adherence: Ensure adherence to SLA's on response, break-fixes, and escalation.Issue Resolution: Resolve issues on-time and fix bugs while managing clients' and expectations.Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets, including business-critical information.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computers, Information Technology, or related fields. CISSP/CISM/CEH/CISA/PMP/CCSP certifications are preferred. A minimum of 10 years of significant experience in a similar role is required.
