Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

**Role Overview**We are seeking an accomplished Software Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our testing efforts and ensure the highest standards of software quality.This is a full-time remote position that involves developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee software excellence and address any issues identified during testing.The ideal candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.**Key Responsibilities**Automation Framework Development: Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium.Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform manual testing, create test cases, and execute automated tests to ensure software quality.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams to identify and address software issues.Process Improvement: Design and implement quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.**Required Skills and Qualifications**Automation Expertise: Experience with automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Playwright, and webdriverIO.Quality Assurance Knowledge: Understanding of software testing principles, manual testing, and test case creation.Coding Proficiency: Proficient in coding languages and able to learn new frameworks.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve software issues.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation.**Benefits and Opportunities**This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in software quality assurance.
