Job Title: UI/UX DesignerHiring for a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to collect and examine user needs, collaborate with engineers and product designers, plan and develop new visual designs for digital products, and present designs to stakeholders.Responsibilities:Collect and examine the needs of users through various research methods.Consult engineers and product designers regarding the development of digital products.Plan and develop new visual designs for computers, smartphones, and other digital devices.Use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs.Design user interfaces elements mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc.Illustrate the functions of the website and develop UI mock-ups and prototypes.Create tables, sketches, filters, images, and other websites/applications graphic designs.Presentation of your designs to the design team and all the stakeholders.Review and edit the mock-ups according to the client's feedback.Follow the client's instructions concerning style, color schemes, and fonts, etc.Monitoring and management of previously developed systems.Conduct user tests of developed applications to evaluate user experience.Staying updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills.Create and design various materials for digital and print.Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts.Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.Advising best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.Collaborating with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
