With over 200+ minds continuously at work, we own what we do Agile mindsare at our core with a continuous endeavors to invest in talent.Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client briefs and turn them into clear, well-thought-out design solutions.Work across illustration, social media creatives, and motion graphics, bringing strong visual ideas to life.Develop strong visual concepts, illustrations, engaging social media creatives, motion graphics, simple animations, and video-based visuals.Create clean, engaging designs including illustrations, layouts, icons, infographics, and conceptual graphics.Ensure high-quality design output through all project stages.Closely collaborate with the creative team to meet design goals and timelines.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.Requirements:UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization1–2 years of experience, preferably with a digital or social media agency.Strong skills in illustration and visual design; good sense of layout, color, and composition.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; basic familiarity with After Effects/Premiere Pro for simple motion work is a plus.A strong design portfolio showcasing illustrations and digital design projects.Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and maintain quality.Good communication and presentation skills.
