You will play a key role in the design, architecture, and functionality of our products, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our customers.Job responsibilitiesBuild relationships with designers to drive adoption of the design systemPartner with designers, engineers, and product owners to apply and evolve design patterns and componentsFacilitate workshops, trainings, and deliver presentations to peers and leadersWrite, maintain, and improve UX documentationDesign and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platformsConduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insightsCollaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelinesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsThree years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving digital product experiencesProven ability using Figma, including crafting libraries, components, variables, and advanced featuresExperience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and digital channelsPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insightsProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologiesCapable of independent decision-making and taking directionStrong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design rationalePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsWorking knowledge of at least one programming language to aid collaboration with engineering partnersAbility to craft illustrations and visual communicationKnowledgeable in designing both web and native mobile experiencesHistory of working with or in design system teams
