We transform raw data into actionable intelligence that drives revenue growth and competitive advantage for our customers.What You’ll Do:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for the user, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You will be a key player in our product team, translating user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end UX design process, from initial research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.Conduct and lead user research and usability testing to deeply understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Synthesize findings into actionable design insights.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and features.Create and maintain design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization, ensuring design decisions are data-informed and user-validated.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.Qualifications12+ years of professional experience in a UX design role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.Proficiency with modern AI based design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Loveable, Zeplin.Proven experience leading user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests) and data analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.SkillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving.User-centered design and design thinking methodologies.Information architecture and interaction design.Empathy for users and the ability to advocate for their needs.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
