We combine prescription care, nutrition, and lifestyle support with smart integrations such as body composition scales, fitness tracking, and remote consultations through our proprietary app. Our mission is to make safe, effective, science-backed weight loss accessible and sustainable for millions.Role OverviewYou will build and lead the nutrition function at EarlyFit, Owning protocol creation, team development, patient outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Medical, and Operations.Key Responsibilities• Build and maintain evidence-based nutrition protocols tailored for GLP-1 patients• Lead clinical nutrition as an individual contributor to begin with, handling patient journeys end-to-end• Lead and mentor the nutritionist team, including hiring, training, and performance management• Set and monitor clinical outcome frameworks to ensure consistency in patient care• Support escalations for complex patient cases and ensure high-quality clinical judgement• Drive adherence, reduce drop-offs, and improve patient engagement through structured pathways• Collaborate with Product and Medical teams to design workflows and patient journeys• Use data insights to refine protocols, build new interventions, and run experiments• Stay updated with global obesity and metabolic health research to upgrade care models• Represent the nutrition function in cross-functional planning and leadership discussionsWho You Are• Experienced clinical dietitian with strong grounding in medical nutrition therapy• Experience converting consultations into long-term subscriptions/programs• Bachelor's or Master's in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field• Prior leadership or team training experience preferred• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with ambiguity and 0→1 problem-solving• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-first mindsetWhy Join Us• Be at the forefront of the fastest-growing category in healthtech• High-impact, founder-facing role shaping core care protocols• Accelerated learning curve across clinical, product, and growth functions• Build a category-defining model for metabolic health in India• Strong network, mentorship, and a mission-driven culture
