The Job of an Employee Relations Lead is to ensure harmonious relations between employees and the organization, while also ensuring compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Labor Welfare Strategies: This involves creating and implementing employee engagement and welfare strategies that align with the company's goals.Collaborate with Senior Management: The Employee Relations Lead will work closely with senior management to integrate employee engagement initiatives with broader HR strategies.Plan and Execute Employee Engagement Activities: This includes planning and executing employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and events that foster a positive work environment.Track and Report Metrics: The Employee Relations Lead will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of engagement and welfare programs using relevant metrics.Provide Support and Guidance: This role involves providing support and guidance to time office team members to ensure smooth operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.MBA, Master's in Social Work, Law, or Management degree preferred.10+ years of experience in handling large workforces.Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs.Proven track record in handling contract labor, factory administration, and compliance.Experience in managing very large workforces in an industrial setting.Strong experience in liaising with government officials and managing community relations.Prior history of amicably signing the LTS settlement with Unions.Certification in Employee Engagement, Talent Development, or Human Resources Management would be advantageous.
