Healthcare Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Specialist to provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team.Provide virtual support to providers and care teams, ensuring seamless operations.Manage patient data in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including Point Click Care.Coordinate calls and communications through RingCentral settings.Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups, as well as prepare provider calendars and invoices.Process lab orders and medication refills as directed by providers.Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.Coordinate credentialing packets for providers and facilities.Sort and distribute incoming faxes with accurate documentation.Organize and respond to emails in shared inboxes promptly and professionally.Monitor and complete assigned tasks and workflows in a timely manner.Communicate with providers for updates and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.Analyze and update patient lists to identify preventive care needs.Upload, scan, and organize documents into EHR and other applications.Support physicians and facilities with additional administrative tasks.Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
