Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Tech Support Associate with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of database management, experience working with the Zoom platform or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues over the webinar, providing timely support to end users, and ensuring smooth operations across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal teams and clients, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to databases and queries with the help of a development team.
- Manage and support Zoom meetings, webinars, and conferencing tools, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Provide remote support to users across different locations.
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service, ensuring end users understand and are satisfied with the solutions provided.
- Working days will be from Tuesday to Sunday. Mondays will be off.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a tech support or similar role.
- Experience with the Zoom application (setting up meetings, webinars, troubleshooting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with computers or a related field is preferred.
