QualityParticipate in quality initiatives to achieve Zero DefectsEnsure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and SOPsSupport internal and external auditsMaintain accurate documentation and records3. Autonomous MaintenanceEquipment CareMaintain work environment and equipment per 5S standardsPerform cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and adjustmentsCarry out first-line maintenance activitiesLead and participate in continuous improvement initiativesLearn and adopt new technologies such as robotics, AI, MLParticipate in structured problem-solving activities4. Troubleshooting & Technical Problem SolvingApply tools like Fishbone, 5 Why, Kaizen for issue resolutionConduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence5. Plant OperationsExecute process checks and GMP practices effectivelyEnsure packaging material handling and usage efficiencyRecord operational data accuratelyPerform ERP transactions for material movementFork truck driving, cycle counting & inventory controlOperate digital tools for operations (MES/SCADA, etc.)6.
