Seeking OTM Experts for End-to-End ImplementationsAbout the RoleOur team is looking for highly skilled OTM consultants and senior OTM consultants to lead end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and a deep understanding of Agile & DevOps practices.Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or participate in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.Required Skills8–12+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Good to HaveOTM certificationsExperience in Logistics/Supply Chain domainAPI/Integration understanding (SOAP/REST)Who Can ApplyOTM Consultant → 8+ years of experienceSenior OTM Consultant → 10–12+ years of experience + migration background preferredWhat We OfferAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.We value continuous learning and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.Join our community of experts and contribute to shaping the future of logistics and transportation management.
