  • Load Booking and Carrier Onboarding:
  • Manage the entire process of load booking from receiving orders to confirming bookings.
  • Onboard new carriers and maintain a robust carrier network.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure costeffective transportation solutions.
  • 3PL Dispatch Operations:
  • Oversee the dispatch of shipments ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor and track shipments resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Coordinate with carriers clients and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
  • Invoicing and Billing:
  • Handle invoicing and billing processes ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Reconcile invoices with dispatch records and address any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Terminology and Compliance:
  • Possess thorough knowledge of dispatchrelated terminologies and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for carriers and clients during the dispatch process.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment status and any potential delays.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address any operational challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in 3PL dispatch operations.
  • Load Booking Expertise: Proven handson experience in load booking and onboarding new carriers.
  • Billing Knowledge: Experience in handling invoicing and billing related to dispatch operations.
  • Industry Terminology: Strong understanding of basic dispatch terminologies and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work the specified shift timings (5:30 PM 2:30 AM).
