Mobile Gaming Strategist

Job Title: User Acquisition ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven professional with expertise in paid social advertising for mobile games. This role involves owning the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of all paid social initiatives designed to acquire high-value players and scale our portfolio profitably.This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to run high-impact campaigns, manage creative testing, and identify scalable growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, creative-minded, and passionate about mobile gaming and performance marketing.The successful User Acquisition Manager will have hands-on experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or games and will be able to drive performance for ROAS-based campaigns, including optimizing toward D1/D3/D7 return and LTV.Creative Testing & Collaboration:Develop and execute structured creative testing frameworks — including hypothesis creation, test setup, learning agendas, and iteration cycles.Work closely with creative teams to brief concepts, manage production cycles, and ensure constant delivery of performance-ready creatives.Analytics & Performance Management:Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics, diagnosing fluctuations and identifying optimization opportunities.Build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with product, game teams, and data analysts to align UA strategy with player funnels, in-game behaviors, and monetization.
