Key Responsibilities:
- Production Coordination: Assist in managing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Workflow Management: Work closely with designers, artisans, and production teams to streamline processes and maintain smooth operations.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, manage material sourcing, and handle negotiations to ensure the timely procurement of resources.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout production stages to guarantee final products meet brand standards.
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate production records, track inventory, and manage materials and resource allocation.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions and effective workflow management.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist with logistics, including the scheduling of deliveries, tracking shipments, and coordinating with external partners.
- Administrative Support: Provide organizational support in updating schedules, processing purchase orders, and maintaining production databases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Design, Fashion Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in fashion production or a related industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production techniques specific to the fashion industry.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to handle operational issues efficiently and ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong focus on maintaining high production standards.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between various departments, vendors, and suppliers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, inventory management tools, and production software.
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Salt Lake City, Kolkata
Working Hours: 10:45 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary Offered - Rs. 20,000/- to 25,000/-
