Process Improvement SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role involves facilitating process improvement activities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.The successful candidate will lead teams on projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Key responsibilities include defining project goals, identifying defects, and developing strategies for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience in change management, project management, continuous performance improvement, and/or data analysis.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for:Leading teams on projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.Defining project goals, identifying defects, and developing strategies for improvement.Collecting and analyzing data, measuring progress, and presenting findings.Monitoring project timelines, facilitating resolution of dependencies and conflicts, and assigning resources.Providing regular project updates, presenting data to the leadership group, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.Requirements include:A bachelor's degree, with a master's or MBA preferred.Black Belt certification, external certification from an approved training program, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications preferred.8+ years' experience in change management, project management, continuous performance improvement, and/or data analysis, preferably in the service industry.Demonstrated desire to learn new skills, drive changes, and collaborate positively.Solid skills in data collection, math, and statistical concepts, proficiency in statistical software, and MS Office tools.This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
