Required Skills and QualificationsOur ideal candidate has extensive experience in Java support, software services, and system administration. They have a strong understanding of operating systems (e.g., Linux, OS X, and Windows). The Subject Matter Expert must be able to identify knowledge opportunities and multiply knowledge within the team. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers at an executive level.
