Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing:
○ Edit long-format content such as podcasts, P2C format videos, case studies,
explainers/informational content, clips, etc
○ Craft short-format content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other
social media platforms.
○ Maintain high-quality production standards while adhering to tight deadlines.
○ Ensure content is optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
○ Assist in planning content structure, content picking, and script breakdowns for
optimal editing flows.
○ Basic knowledge of Audio design, video aesthetics, graphics, and special effects
is a must
2. Motion Graphics:
○ Create visually engaging motion graphics for intros, transitions, and outros.
○ Enhance videos with animated text, lower-thirds, and graphical overlays.
○ Collaborate with the team to develop visually cohesive branding elements.
3. Social Media Trends:
○ Stay updated on current social media trends and adapt editing styles to match.
○ Optimize video formats and elements to boost engagement across platforms.
4. Additional Contributions:
○ Utilize social media tools for post-scheduling and analytics
○ Support in-house production activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in video editing and motion graphics.
● Technical Expertise:
○ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator).
○ Basic understanding of audio editing and color grading.
○ Familiarity with video compression, rendering, and file optimization.
● Social Media Knowledge:
○ Understanding of platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
○ Awareness of trending content formats and platform-specific best practices.
● Creative & Analytical Mindset:
○ Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
○ Ability to brainstorm and bring creative ideas to the table.
● Bonus Skills:
○ Experience with in-house production setups.
○ Knowledge of additional tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Blender.
