Job Description:The role of Product Experience Specialist involves creating a seamless interaction for customers with our products. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our growing customer base, guiding them through their journey from pre-purchase to post-sale support.Responsibilities:Manage and resolve customer queries via email, phone, live chat, and social media within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Support customers during the pre-purchase phase with product guidance and recommendations.Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through resolution steps and coordinating with service/repair partners.Handle warranty claims, replacements, and returns in line with company policies.Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in CRM.Collaborate with product, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth resolution of complaints.Monitor and report recurring customer pain points to inform product and process improvements.Proactively engage with customers to enhance satisfaction, reduce churn, and encourage repeat purchases.Requirements:Experience handling customer support for consumer appliances/hardware products is essential.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are necessary for this role.Excellent communication skills, including clear, warm, and human communication, are required.A comfort level with both technical nuance and customer empathy is crucial.Ability to manage high-volume queries with calm and clarity is vital.Tech-savviness – quick to learn new systems, tools, and product specs – is a must.
