Job Title : Lead Developer - Microsoft Power Platform

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 4 -8 years


Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Power Platform Expert with a strong foundation in SharePoint development and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to our team and stakeholders, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of Power Platform solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform applications for performance and scalability.
  • Leverage past SharePoint development experience to integrate Power Platform solutions seamlessly with SharePoint environments.
  • Develop workflows, forms, and data connections leveraging SharePoint’s capabilities.
  • Act as a consultant and SME for the Power Platform within the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Strong background in SharePoint development during the initial stages of your career.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor and SME in Power Platform-related projects.
