Job DescriptionCybersecurity Lead (6 Months Contract)Our client is a leading organization in the digital asset ecosystem, aiming to transform the financial industry by building a tech-enabled institutional grade system. We are expanding our presence in the region to shape the digital asset ecosystem and contribute to making Singapore one of the world's leading digital asset hubs.The Cybersecurity Lead will play a critical role in driving the improvement of our IT security posture by:Collaborating with technology stakeholders to proactively identify cybersecurity risks at a detailed and technical level;Designing and implementing technical risk mitigating measures;Supporting TRM compliance and ISO 27001 programs;Monitoring and investigating security alerts.Key Responsibilities include: Identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks by designing technical risk solutions and working with teams to implement them, including security risks in developed systems, infrastructure, office network etc.Assessing and evaluating IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems etc. that we use to achieve business objectives, especially in the context of cryptocurrency.Working closely with the project management office to maintain and improve MAS Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification by crafting policies and developing key security and technical processes.Investigating cybersecurity alerts and responding appropriately while keeping senior management informed of emerging situations.Creating and conducting IT security training programs for employees.Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent.At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions / fintechs.Good appreciation of enhanced risks of cryptocurrency and how to mitigate these risks.Strong understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS or equivalent standards.CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent.Technical experience with using security tools.DevSecOps experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders, auditors and regulators.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the digital asset ecosystem.
