Experience 3-5 Years in restaurants and or hotels.

Act as a bridge between Bar Manager and Floor Staff.

Ensures flawless guest experience and service quality across.

Coordinates between bar and floor teams for seamless operations.

Monitor staff performance on the floor and provide guidance to the team.

Handles guest feedback, exceptional service, and vibe consistency 

Understanding and working knowledge of Global cuisine, polished, well groomed, HIGH interpersonal skills, soft skills.

Attention to detail, problem solving, handle table allocations, reservations, and seating arrangements.

Ensure SOPs are maintained and followed.

Support with training and onboarding of new floor staff.

Ability to multi-task, managing restaurant systems, inventory and cash.

Greet guests, take orders, serve drinks, and handle payments while creating a welcoming and memorable experience, embodying the art of hospitality. 

Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, organised, and properly maintained, including managing supplies and glassware.

Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, restocking supplies, preparing bar garnishes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all bar equipment is functional.

Ensure consistency in the preparation and presentation of all drinks.

Conduct monthly stock takes and analyse results for profitability.

Manage inventory, including ordering, stock monitoring, and sales analysis.

Contribute to a culture of continuous learning. 

Supervise the opening and closing of bar venues according to company standards, ensuring proper setup and readiness for each shift.

Conduct tastings and educational sessions to keep the bar team up-to-date on new beverages and techniques.

Shadow Senior Bartenders

𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:

Standard duties include preparing garnishes, stocking the bar with fresh ingredients, and cleaning the bar area and equipment.

Bartenders must be able to expertly explain drink ingredients and make recommendations.

Assist senior staff with opening duties, such as cutting garnishes, preparing syrups and mixers, restocking fridges and shelves, and ensuring all bar equipment is clean and functional.

Shadow senior bartenders to learn about high quality cocktail crafting and service, develop new skills, and gain experience in a dynamic bar environment.

The role is a training opportunity for entry level staff to learn standards for cocktail crafting and service within her/his unique bar concepts. 

Greet guests, take drink orders accurately, and serve beverages in a prompt and professional manner. As skills develop, junior bartenders will make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Assist with inventory management, including counting stock, organizing liquor, and restocking the bar during and after service.

Help with closing duties, such as cleaning equipment, securing stock, and ensuring the bar is ready for the next shift.

Gaining foundational skills in cocktail creation and precision.

This involves assisting bartenders with various tasks, such as preparing garnishes, restocking ice, and generally making sure the bar station is user-friendly and ready for guests. 

Keep the bar and bartender stations fully stocked with liquor, syrups, clean glassware, and garnishes throughout the shift.

Ensuring the bar environment is always welcoming and efficient, allowing bartenders to focus on crafting complex cocktails and interacting with guests without being hindered by a messy or understocked bar.

Prepare garnishes, fresh juices, and other ingredients before and during service.

Ensure a constant supply of sparkling, polished glassware by cycling it to and from the dishwasher.

Perform opening and closing duties, such as cleaning ice wells, wiping bar stations, and restocking for the next shift.

Observe and anticipate the needs of the bartenders and the flow of service, the goal is to provide backup before it's even requested.
