We specialize in premium, large-scale weddings across Bangalore and South India — blending creativity, precision, and flawless execution.If you’re passionate about wedding planning, event management, and design, and want to grow in a positive, employee-first culture, we’d love to have you on our team.✨ What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Act as the single point of contact for assigned wedding clients.Manage all client communications, updates, and follow-ups.Meet clients at event venues, residences, or our office.Design mood boards and décor concepts using Canva or other tools.Prepare budgets and event plans using Google Sheets.Coordinate with the on-ground team on event days for seamless execution.Manage logistics and guest coordination (as per the client’s package).🎯 What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in full wedding planning (proof of employment/recommendation required).Must be a resident of Bangalore/MangaloreMust own a laptop and a two-wheeler for client and venue visits.Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).Excellent skills in:Canva or other design toolsPowerPoint / Google SlidesExcel / Google Sheets⚠️ ImportantThis role requires occasional travel and late-night coordination during events.
