VLSI Back-end Services Practice LeaderAs a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the VLSI services practice, driving growth and excellence through innovative strategies and team leadership.Create customized VLSI services offerings that cater to diverse client needs, fostering exponential business expansion.Cultivate strong relationships with customer design managers, engaging in technical discussions to secure key design wins and propel business success.Develop high-performing VLSI technical teams via targeted training, upskilling, and strategic hiring initiatives.Mentor the VLSI team to ensure their skills remain cutting-edge, aligned with evolving customer and industry demands.Foster robust customer relationships, delivering high-quality VLSI services projects that exceed expectations.Develop compelling proposals to win new projects, leveraging expertise and creativity to drive business forward.Strategically staff and ramp-up VLSI teams based on client needs, effectively utilizing internal resources and external partnerships.Key Requirements:Demonstrated expertise in ASIC backend processes: physical design & verification, implementation, and optimization, timing analysis, power analysis, Design For Test (DFT).In-depth understanding of semiconductor technologies, including standard cells, IOs, memory, and IP integration.Familiarity with commercial EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence or Siemens.Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Tcl for automation purposes.Knowledge of advanced node technologies such as 7nm, 5nm, or below.
