Simply put, we are bridging the information and access gap between citizens and social security schemes (both government and private) using tech and a network of eld agents known as Haqdarshaks’ (who are primarily women).

Our ‘Haqdarshaks’ are extensively trained in both government schemes and the on-eld implementation of programmes. They are also trained on how to liaise with government ocials and bank ocials. For the services they provide, they make a commission which makes them nancially independent. On our social media channels, we have featured several stories of women who have not only gained nancial agency but also an identity after working with us.

We partner with corporates, CSR departments, philanthropies, family oces, and even government oces to design and implement programs on the eld. We have been around for almost 8 years. We are present in more than 24 states. We have unlocked benets worth over

INR 19,000 crore* for over 65 lakh Indian citizens. We have multiple digital portals (including two apps, one for citizens and one for our agents) where we have stored information on government schemes in 11 vernacular languages (currently working on re-skinning these apps).

We are also working on scaling our latest offerings, ‘Yojana Cards’ and ‘Yojana Kendras’. These are set to forever alter how citizens access welfare services in India.

Your Role


  • Be involved in talent acquisition/ hiring
  • Communicate with potential job candidates.
  • Help with sourcing and screening of candidates
  • Contact candidate references and perform background verification checks
  • Work with ERP Software processes: Manage HR records including, rsums, applicant logs, and employee forms using the application software
  • Maintain and manage offline employee database reports
  • Prepare and publish various reports on HR processes
  • Interface with finance team on salary processing; periodic validations of leave and attendance
  • Other responsibilities
  • Maintain employee confidentiality
  • Manage periodic fun events for overall and zone-wise employees across organization
  • Help implement employee policies being introduce time to time
  • Coordination and operational support on any other HR initiative

What will you need


Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred) and strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Approachable, with a professional and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team.

– You will interact with our coordinators and eld agents on the ground. You will also interact with decision-makers from within the social impact ecosystem. You will get real-time insights and feedback loops on how your work is being received in multiple languages, in multiple states, for different kinds of target audiences. You will use these insights to create better touchpoints that get the job done.
