Job Opportunity: Sustainability and ESG ProfessionalJob Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and execution of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) roadmap. This role will be instrumental in leading the preparation of ESG disclosures and driving project delivery across various domains including Materiality Assessment, GHG footprint assessment, Net Zero & ESG roadmap development.Key responsibilities will include monitoring, reporting, and managing environmental performance across operations and the value chain, encompassing GHG inventory, water, emissions, waste management, tracking ESG performance metrics, ensuring data integrity, and preparing dashboards for leadership.The ideal candidate will communicate ESG initiatives internally and externally through presentations, reports, and social media, collaborate with internal teams to embed ESG practices, champion awareness and training on ESG practices across the organization, and develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external audiences to publicize company initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Master's degree in business/law/economics from a tier 1 instituteExcellent communication skills - written as well as verbalExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsRelevant experience in sustainability and communications, especially as part of larger Corporate Affairs teams"We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law."
