With a strong focus on entrepreneurship, T-Hub has emerged as the preferred innovation partner for leading public and private sector organizations.What will you do?- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of innovation programs (workshops, bootcamps, accelerators, demo days), including scheduling, logistics, communications, participant onboarding, and follow-up.- Develop and track comprehensive program plans in collaboration with the Director – International Programs and program leads, ensuring adherence to milestones, budgets, KPIs, and timelines.- Manage participant and stakeholder experience, addressing queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring seamless delivery across all program modules.- Maintain program dashboards, documentation, and status reports, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure all delivery components—venue, technology, catering, speakers—are well-coordinated and compliant with internal standards.Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or Post-Graduate certification preferred.Years of Relevant Experience4 years of total work experience.Work Experience – Role TypesMinimum 3 years in project management, incubation, or program execution roles.
