Compliance Manager for Investment FundsThis is a highly skilled role that involves managing and overseeing compliance procedures related to investment funds. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing compliance for venture capital funds or financial institutions, as well as strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance Management for Venture Capital Fund:Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements governing the operations of an investment fund.Maintain and update compliance procedures for all investment activities—both incoming and outgoing.Review, manage, and maintain statutory documentation related to the fund.2. Compliance Calendar and Regulatory Filings:Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance calendar that tracks all regulatory filing deadlines.Prepare and submit all mandatory reports, including those related to fund performance and investor communication.Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and other regulatory submissions.3. Internal Coordination and Audit Support:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements.Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing all necessary documentation.Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure all compliance policies are properly implemented.4. Compliance Reporting and Documentation:Provide regular updates to senior management on compliance activities.Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance activities.Ensure that all compliance policies are documented and communicated within the organization.5. Risk Management:Identify potential regulatory or compliance risks associated with investments and transactions.Proactively monitor changes in regulatory frameworks that may impact the investment fund.
