Automation Test SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Automation Test Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing and implementing automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium and BDD frameworks.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API projects. They will also be expected to have a solid understanding of Git, Jenkins, and Atlassian's Jira.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implement Automated Tests: Utilize Selenium and BDD frameworks to design and implement automated tests for web and mobile applications.Create and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API projects.API Testing & Automation: Have experience in API testing and automation, with good knowledge of Postman / RestAssured/karate (training can be provided for the one not available).BDD Frameworks: Be proficient in one of the test BDD frameworks, Cucumber.Git, Jenkins Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of Git and Jenkins.API/Web Service Automation Framework: Experience in enhancing and developing API/web service automation framework.Test Planning and Execution: Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute test cases and report defects in a timely manner.Estimating, Prioritizing, Planning: Experience in estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.Functional Integration Testing: Strong ability to perform functional integration testing of all integration points between applications, components, and services.End-to-End Manual Testing: Perform end-to-end manual testing where features and user stories are tested in their entirety.Defect Tracking: Identify and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.Test Suites and Custom Harnesses: Integrate test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses.Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product meets the requirements and is of high quality.Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Technology Updates: Stay current with new testing tools and technologies.
