About Us:
Established in 2020, Wint Wealth is one of India’s largest online bond platforms, trusted by over 60,000 investors. With retail investments exceeding Rs. 2000 crore, we continue to empower retail investors through accessible and secure bond investments.
Wint Wealth also operates its own NBFC, Wint Capital, with a current AUM of Rs. 200 crore and an investment-grade rating from CARE. The company has successfully raised approximately Rs.150 crore from notable investors, including Eight Roads, Rainmatter (Zerodha), 3one4 Capital, and Arkam Ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
- Utilize Tally software to perform routine accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Support financial audits by providing documentation, explanations, and analyses as required.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation of financial statements for board meetings, investor relations, and external stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, with familiarity in the IND AS accounting system preferred but not required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance (Fintech industry advantage)
- Proficiency in accounting software - Tally.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance like GST, TDS and Other relevant laws
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive results.
