Job Description:
As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing client relationships, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring exceptional client service. We need someone with 8 to10 years of experience into portfolio management for a US based Insurance and Wealth Management company.

Job responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist with backend research, prepare client presentation with focus approach on building value proposition
2. Lead Follow-up & Management:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, following up on leads promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and manage their journey.
3. Account Management:
- Oversee the Book of Client Accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and management.
- Work closely with clients to manage their portfolios and address their financial needs.
4. Wealth Management:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on investments, insurance, and financial planning to optimize client wealth.
- Stay informed about market trends and provide proactive recommendations to clients.
5. Regulatory Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of US law, insurance, and taxation relevant to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while serving clients.
Qualifications:
- MBA in finance is mandatory
- Proven experience in client management, insurance and wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance, law, and taxation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
