VisionSpring is looking for Field Officer, Pharmacy Program Job Description / Responsibility Identify and establish partnerships with pharmacies to expand our network. Conduct daily sales order and payment collection activities from pharmacies. Collaborate with pharmacy owners to ensure successful onboarding and understanding of our vision screening program. Utilize marketing collateral effectively to engage with local communities and promote our services. Regularly visit assigned pharmacies to establish robust relationships, ensuring optimal sales and market penetration. Take responsibility for weekly planning to ensure the efficient scheduling of pharmacy visits. Visit each partner pharmacy a minimum of 4 times per month to maintain an efficient supply chain, foster effective communication, and promote collaboration. Collaborate closely with the VisionSpring Dhaka office, providing daily reports on sales activities. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with pharmacy staff and community members. Address any questions or concerns raised by pharmacies regarding product quality and availability. Distribute marketing collateral and educate community members about our services. Identify and report on potential areas for increased community involvement. Conduct community outreaches in collaboration with pharmacies. Participate in weekly team meetings to share experiences and insights, contributing to continuous improvement. Collect feedback from pharmacy partners regarding the effectiveness of awareness campaigns. Employment Status Contract Workplace Work at office Educational Requirements Bachelor/Honors Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy Management, Flexibility and Adaptability, Honesty and Sincerity Experience Requirements 1 to 3 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies,Overseas Companies Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements Proven ability to quickly establish trust and credibility, and forge and maintain close relationships with diverse groups. Willing to travel extensively and stay in remote rural areas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with healthcare or vision-related products is a plus. Residents of Sherpur will get priority. You want to build your career in sales, which focuses on a socially oriented business, who will bring out the best to meet sales targets. You enjoy frequent travel to the market to provide on-the-job support. You have an eagerness to work in retail sales, and business to consumer sales.
