The company's online platform Unaati.com connects wholesalers with small-format retailers, such as kirana stores, providing them with a wide range of products, managed logistics, and optimized supply chains.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development. This role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will support organizational development and contribute to strategic planning.QualificationsShould have prior-experience in the FMCG Industry with expertise in Sales & Ops Team-hiring across the Delhi-NCR region.Experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsProficiency in performance management and employee training and developmentStrong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work on-site in New Delhi and handle multiple HR functions efficientlyRelevant experience in strategic HR planning and organizational developmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plusProven track record of enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency
