Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Campaign Analyst (US Region).This role is responsible for planning and executing multiple aspects of marketing automation campaigns for client loyalty and CRM initiatives.Support the execution of annual CRM & Loyalty calendar, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.Coordinate across front-end and back-end systems and with relevant vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels (App, Website, POS, and other touchpoints).Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives.Partner with the CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaignsEnsure the timely rollout of customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels) for loyalty campaigns and promotions.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics.Understand and leverage system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launchRequired Skills & QualificationsFor this position, we require:A degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.2-4 years of experience in managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brands.Prior experience in handling CRM campaign activities for US clients is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.Experience in handling multiple campaign and data tools and keen to learn new tools quickly if required.Preference to those who are currently residing in US or Canada.BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect:Remote work options.A 5-day work week.Medical insurance.
