Job SummaryWe are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to support our financial reporting process. This role will play an integral part in managing accounting operations, preparing management information reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory and tax audits.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition using Zoho Books.Assist in MIS preparation for management and stakeholders.Fixed asset register management and audits.Process reimbursements as per company policy.26AS reconciliation and follow-ups.Verification of TDS and GST filings.Data preparation to meet compliance of statutory, tax, and internal audits.Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.Coordinate with external auditors & audit leads for timely closing at year-end.Create ad-hoc journal entries for deferred revenue.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in finance operations management.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of Zoho Books and other financial software.BenefitsThis role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to grow your career in finance operations management.
