  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, or service management tool.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. Follow up and update customer status and information.
  • Provide Technology support end-user, and IT departments on Operating system issues (Windows, MAC) end user Productivity software (Office and standard IT)
  • Operationalize support of systems through standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
