The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors LMS.Job Description:The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver SuccessFactors LMS solutions that meet organizational learning and compliance needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements.Configure and maintain SuccessFactors LMS modules, including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting.Perform system integrations with other SuccessFactors modules or third-party LMS/content providers.Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.Support data migration, workflows, notifications, and system enhancements.Provide guidance on best practices, compliance standards, and system optimization.Benefits:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
