System Administrator Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Server and System Management: Manage and maintain Linux or Windows servers across development, testing, and production environments.Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical applications and infrastructure.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents quickly.Infrastructure Setup: Set up, configure, and maintain virtual machines, cloud instances, and on-prem infrastructure.User Management: Manage users, permissions, and security policies across systems.Patch Management: Apply patches, updates, and upgrades for OS, applications, and security components.Network Support: Support network troubleshooting, firewall rules, VPN access, and connectivity issues.Documentation and Collaboration: Work with ticketing systems, document resolutions, and follow standard ITIL processes.
