Business Development Specialist

Recruitment Cell is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Lead/Manager to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's business development strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor analysis to maximize business potential.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth and innovation.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, clients or candidates feedback to provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience should be 3-8 years.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and industry events.
