We are on a mission to enhance efficiency and improve student experiences through cutting-edge technology.About the RoleWe're looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales function. This role requires a proven track record in edtech SaaS sales, with expertise in generating and qualifying leads, building strong pipelines, running high-impact demos, and consistently closing deals.You will own the end-to-end inside sales cycle and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for India and emerging SEA markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Pipeline Building- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads across the education sector.- Manage outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and webinars.Sales Execution- Own the full sales cycle: discovery calls, product demos, proposal discussions, and negotiations.- Convert qualified leads into paying customers with strong closing ability.Collaboration- Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.Data & Reporting- Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast revenue.- Optimize processes for faster cycles and higher conversion.Who You Are- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong background in edtech SaaS / B2B SaaS sales.- Demonstrated success in lead generation, nurturing, and closing enterprise or institutional clients.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.Why Join Us- Competitive salary and equity options- Performance-based bonus- Open vacation policy- Commuter benefits- Dynamic, mission-driven team shaping the future of campus lifeBenefits:- Competitive salary and equity- Performance bonus- Open vacation policy- Commuter benefits- Collaborative and dynamic work environmentIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now at contact@spacebasic.com
