Maintenance Project EngineerThis role involves overseeing the upkeep of plant equipment to ensure smooth, reliable, and safe operation.Equipment Maintenance & OperationsPerform routine maintenance on dryers, centrifuges, HVAC/AHU plant, pumps, and utilities to prevent breakdowns.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.Project Planning & ExecutionAssist in developing project scope, technical specifications, and timelines.Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and design documents.Procurement & Vendor CoordinationEvaluate vendor bids and assist in selecting vendors for procurement.Monitor fabrication, inspection, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).Plant Reliability & OptimisationMonitor equipment health and implement reliability improvement initiatives.Optimize maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned stoppages.Safety, Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all maintenance activities follow safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, understanding of PLC-controlled equipment, and knowledge of preventive maintenance. They should be able to read technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs, and possess excellent communication and team-coordination abilities.
