Duration: Ongoing (Initial 3-month performance-based engagement) Key Responsibilities 1. Profile Optimization - Design a high-quality custom banner - Refresh and enhance profile picture (editing/retouching as needed) - Update and optimize headline for clarity, positioning, and discoverability - Rewrite and enhance the “About” section for strong personal branding 2. Content Bank (Thought Leadership) - Create 12 high-quality, niche-focused posts per month - Ensure posts align with my industry, tone, and growth goals - Build a consistent narrative that positions me as a thought leader 3. Organic Growth - Implement -approved organic strategies to grow relevant, targeted followers - Monitor insights to ensure follower quality and relevance 4. Diversified Networking - Send connection requests across three key segments: - ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) - Engagers (people who interact with my content) - Niche peers and industry-aligned profiles 5. Engagement Growth - Actively engage (likes, comments) on relevant posts to expand reach - Manage engagement on my posts to sustain momentum and visibility 6. Post Boosting - Use ethical tools, tactics, and network strategies to boost likes, comments, and overall visibility - Monitor performance and adjust campaigns for optimal results Ideal Candidate Profile - Proven experience managing and growing personal brands on - Strong copywriting & storytelling skills - Understanding of ’s algorithm, analytics, and growth levers - Ability to design compelling visual assets (banner, minor photo edits) - Experience in thought-leadership content creation - Highly organized and consistent with weekly deliverables How to Apply Please share: - Examples of profiles you’ve optimized - Proof of growth metrics achieved for past clients - 2–3 sample posts you’ve written for similar industry clients - Your monthly/3-month engagement rate and pricing - Provide a 3 month KPI for your services
